I’ve been enjoying LEvana’s cocoa-coffee blend for breakfast every morning for the last 2-3 months. I blend it together with unsweetened almond milk and frozen blueberries. I added a Levana Cocoa Coffee pouch to my “guilt free snacking cake” — an old recipe from Cooking Light magazine that has been in my repertoire for at least 20 years. I honestly didn’t think the recipe could be improved upon, but with the Levana mix-in, the flavor is deep and rich — even better than the original recipe that called for cocoa powder plus instant coffee. My low cal cake is now more nutritious, too. Going to try the Vanilla flavor with my low-cal pineapple upside down cake next. 🙂
